The best way to deal with tiredness is often finding ways to relax, switch off and recharge. Sometimes you just need to give yourself permission to take a break or rest.

Planning and pacing your activities can help you do what you want or need to do. This might mean that activities may take you slightly longer or are carried out for a shorter duration. You can also schedule time into rest in-between activities—give yourself as long as you need to recover.
