  • Wear several layers of socks and thick-soled shoes to keep your feet warm. This can also help to provide padding for your feet if you find it uncomfortable to walk on uneven surfaces.1
  • Moisturise the skin on your feet to keep it supple.1
  • Inspect your feet daily. Keep an eye out for any ulcers so you can spot them early.1
  • Always see your doctor if you get any ulcer or open sore on your toes, to make sure it doesn't get infected.
